INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING / COACHING SESSIONS

A common view in today’s world is that when facing a problem, it is an important first step towards change when we seek help, On the other hand, it is an expression of being stuck when we deny any need for effective support.

Life can become difficult at times for even the most privileged of us. At these specific moments counselling sessions can be of great help. They often provide a space in which the client can hear themselves explore their ideas while they speak about their lives in a non-judgmental and safe setting. Sometimes single sessions bring great results. Other people might choose to have a series of sessions to clarify what their challenges are and how they can move forward skillfully.

Couples often benefit from sessions too. They feel safe to speak honestly together with the support of a clinician who is only interested in the well-being of both parties. Communication blocks can be overcome, and dysfunctional reactions reduced. This provides fresh air for loving relationships which have somehow become entangled and uncomfortable.

Using a wide range of evidence-based approaches – Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Bahavioural Therapy, non-aggressive communication, Quantum Energy Coaching, Heart Coherence,, Complex Childhood Trauma Therapy, and Quantum Theory – we tailor make an approach to their needs each time we meet.

In sessions I will explore the clients’ current reality to identify how they want to move forward. We will go on their journey together and I will walk with them through whatever terrain they pass on their way to finding joy and freedom.

Counselling sessions can be face to face or by video call. They last 60, 90 or 120 minutes..
